I love this app but they keep raising the price of subscription. From $99 yearly to $140!! AUD. I’m really close to calling it quits. Especially because there is no incentive for loyal users who have been around since inception.

I'm so happy that I could finally say goodbye to the pill (and other hormonal birthcontrol) thanks to NC! I've been on HBC for 11-12 years so I didn't even know who I was or what my cycle was like because of that.
The thing I love most about NC is that you get valuable insight into your own personal cycle, while also learning a lot about the womenly processes overall! It's also quite handy that it can be used to get pregnant instead of using it to prevent pregnancy!

Avoid avoid avoid avoid. Have you noticed all the good reviews are actually adverts by employees or endorsed? Check the bad ones out. People ARE getting pregnant by this method, myself included. I opted for this as the hormones from contraception mess me up a bit. This contraception was worse, it got me pregnant despite me being entirely careful and following it the best I could. Seriously do not trust this. It’s faulty and the reviews are fake.

This should be promoted more, it's such a powerful tool!
It frees you from hormona birth control if you need that, or could be a tool for planning a pregnancy. Plus you learn so much more about your body and cycle, things that have an impact in your daily life.
It's top quality in every single detail, functionalities, design and user experience. You really feel they got your back and put you in total control.

NC has worked for me personally and I would happily recommend it to women! I’ve been using it for about a year to prevent a pregnancy and then to plan a pregnancy and conceived within three months. ????
If you cannot imagine having a baby anytime soon, please just be careful, because as with any contraceptive, there is still a chance of falling pregnant.
I’ve had my baby now and have been using NC for the last month or so.
I’m giving it more time to adjust to my cycle before we have unprotected sex, as I am breastfeeding and also still waking up a few times a night.
After a decade of hormonal contraception with nasty side affects, I would say overall that NC has been a life changer for me and has made me feel so empowered! I really know my body so much more and have realised just how much my life is affected by my cycle!

I was on hormonal birth control for 10+ years and hated it. When I decided to completely abandon the pill, I wanted something with ZERO hormones at Natural Cycles was the only one. I was skeptical at first but after 5 months of getting back on a regular cycle, it knows exactly the day I'm going to get my period -and green days really mean green ;) ! I think this app would be great to use when you're younger, and then when you are settled and want to get pregnant, it already knows exactly how you're body works and exactly what timing is best for you!

For seven years I tried different types of hormonal birth control. All of them had negative side effects, either physical or mental. I had to give up on hormonal birth control and felt so much better! About a year later I found Natural Cycles and have now been using it for 3 years without any issues or worries. I love the app and recommend it to EVERYONE I know! Many of my girlfriends are also using it now and are loving it. It is just so amazing to get a better understanding of how your body works and to get to feel in sync with your cycle, body and feelings.

After struggling for years with the detrimental effects of hormonal birth control and trying different forms of contraceptive, I knew a non-hormonal approach was what I was searching for. I've been using Natural Cycles for over a year and it's been a game changer. I feel so much better and am more in tune and aware of my body and cycle. The app interface is beautiful and very user friendly.

So glad there is a hormone free birth control that empowers women to learn about their bodies!

The app is only as good as the info you put in it.
I’ve used it for a year and had no issues. I read several books beforehand and fully understood what I was undertaking. If you expect to just download the app and go, it won’t work, you won’t understand what matters and what dosnt.
I know more about my body now then I ever did and I think it should be taught in schools. I feel powerful in my knowledge that when I do want to try for a baby I will have the best chance and best head start.
I have recommended it to two friends, both of which use the app. It’s a year later and none of us are pregnant so I guess you could say it works!

Fantastic app which replaced the need to use hormones as a contraceptive!
For someone who is against medicating oneself to simply prevent a pregnancy, I was very happy to use a natural method that is not invasive and does not have any negative side effects! I love that it brought me on a whole new level journey of self discovery and understanding my cycles.

i have used NC as birth control for years!! i have never had a problem! i used to be on the pill on and off, and i really struggled. i finally went off for good after dealing with stressful side effects and began looking into hormone free options. i don’t think i will ever try a different method because of how much i love NC!! not only is it super simple to use but i have learned so much about my body and my cycle since starting it. i recommend it to everyone! they provide so much helpful information on their social media and even right in the app! i also love that they are constantly trying to improve and coming out with new, innovative things. For example app changes based on user’s feedback, ambassador program, and the possible pairing of NC with wearables in the future (apple watch, fit bit etc). I think they are a great company that is really changing the game when it comes to reproductive health and i’m glad to see them starting to get the hype they deserve!!
